How do I know if your quote is fair?

We include a breakdown of what each budget line covers (design hours, development hours, testing) so you can compare like-for-like with other quotes. We also explain why some quotes are lower — usually scope omissions, junior teams, or offshore with timezone issues.

What if I change my mind about a feature during development?

Small changes are absorbed within the sprint. Significant feature changes are assessed for impact and quoted transparently — we never surprise you with a bigger invoice without your approval.

What happens if the project takes longer than expected?

With fixed-price contracts, delays caused by our estimation errors don't cost you anything extra. Delays caused by late client feedback or scope additions are discussed transparently before proceeding.

Will I be able to update my own website or app after delivery?

Yes — we always include a CMS or admin dashboard so you can manage content, products, users and settings without touching the code. We train you on it at delivery.
