Example: creating an order
A controller receives the order. A service checks availability and calculates totals. A repository handles persistence. Use a transaction for operations that must succeed together, and never trust prices submitted by the browser.
Prepare for real users
Document endpoints, enforce access rules and return understandable errors. Add migrations, health checks and tests for important business rules. Start modular; separate services when team and deployment needs justify the extra complexity.
