General
What is Tuplify?
Tuplify is a free toolkit for freelancers and small businesses. It includes 30+ tools for creating invoices, receipts, quotations, purchase orders, payslips, and more — all exportable as professional PDFs, with no signup required.
Do I need to create an account to use the tools?
No. All free tools work without an account. You only need to sign up if you want to save documents, use AI generation features, or access your dashboard.
Is Tuplify really free?
Yes. All core tools (invoice, receipt, quotation, VAT calculator, etc.) are completely free with no watermarks. The Pro plan adds AI generation, unlimited document saves, and custom branding.
Pro Plan & Billing
What does the Pro plan include?
Pro gives you 100 AI credits per month for generating proposals, contracts, and cold email sequences; unlimited saved documents; custom branding and logo on PDFs; and public document sharing links.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro costs $9/month, billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
Can I buy extra AI credits without upgrading to Pro?
Extra credit packs are available for Pro subscribers. Credit packs never expire and stack on top of your monthly allocation.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Billing and click "Cancel subscription". Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
AI Tools
What AI tools are available?
Tuplify offers three AI tools: AI Proposal Builder (creates full project proposals), AI Contract Generator (6 contract types in multiple languages), and AI Cold Email Sequence Generator (up to 7-email sequences).
How many credits does each AI generation cost?
Each AI generation costs 1 credit regardless of the tool or length of the output.
What happens if AI generation fails — do I lose my credit?
No. If the AI generation fails for any reason, your credit is automatically refunded.
Can I download the AI-generated documents as PDF?
Yes. Every AI-generated proposal, contract, and cold email sequence can be downloaded as a professionally formatted PDF.
Documents & Saving
How many documents can I save on the free plan?
The free plan allows you to save up to 5 documents. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited saves.
Can I share documents with clients?
Pro users can generate a public shareable link for any saved document. The link uses an opaque token (not guessable) and can be toggled on or off at any time.
Are my saved documents private?
Yes. Documents are private by default and only visible to you. You can optionally enable a shareable link for specific documents.
PDFs & Export
Do PDFs have watermarks?
No. All PDFs — on both the free and Pro plan — are watermark-free and professionally formatted.
Can I add my logo to documents?
Yes. Pro users can upload a logo via Dashboard → Branding, which is automatically applied to all generated PDFs.
What currencies and languages are supported?
The document tools support all major currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, MAD, AED, and more). AI tools support multiple languages including English, French, Spanish, Arabic, and German.
